In 2009 we partnered with Zaffera and Luxittica Retail to
implement SAP IS-Insurance. Our role and Program
Manager/Executive was to develop and gain approval for the
budget, select the integrator, negotiate the contract, and lead
the program until an internal hire could be found. Our
executive remained through the Blue Print phase of the program.
Our efforts resulted in a multi-million dollar contract savings.
In 2010 we partnered with Wipro Technologies and Accenture at Best Buy
International to implement two full life cycle releases of SAP IS-Retail, Oracle
Point of Sale, SAP POSDM, sap BI, and SAP PI. Our role was the lead the
SAP BI work stream and guide a large team from Wipro Technologies.
Both releases were implemented successfully on-time with
minimal post go-live support required. Substantial
business value was provided by enabling business processes and
reporting to allow Best Buy to better manage their business.
